born 1968, studied law at the University of Kiel, Germany, with a 3 months stage at San Diego State University, USA. After his dr. iur. degree, Henning worked during his practical legal education inter alia at the European Parliament in Brussels as well as with the law firm Norton Smith & Co. in Sydney. He passed his first and second state exam with honour. Henning started his professional career with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Cologne Office (formerly Deringer Tessin Herrmann & Sedemund) followed by stages in the offices in Berlin, London and Hamburg, where he moved on in 2002 to Latham & Watkins Schön Nolte. In both law firms Dr. Jaques gathered national and international experience, in particular in Corporate Law and the M & A practice.
